When you get your virtual pc in a full screen mode, your toolbar as shown in pic is disappeared if it is unlocked.
The toolbar button you see beside Action menu, is the button which enable you to lock or unlock the toolbar, it is same as locking/unlocking the taskbar.
By default it is placed at the top of the screen, when you run virtual pc it is shown there even if you turn it to full screen mode. To get rid of it you just click on that toolbar button and disable it.
Secondly, when you put your window to full screen mode you cannot toggle to guest operating system by Alt+Tab key on keyboard. You need to restore the window to use Alt+Tab method or can reach to guest machine by minimizing the virtual pc.
Since the toolbar is missing when virtual machine is in full screen, to get it back so that you can toggle between your Guest OS and virtual pc, you need to hover your cursor/mouse to top of the screen where your toolbar was present, this returns your toolbar back.
So keep enjoy using multiple operating system in single machine without hassle.
