Save your web clipper post in your favorite notebook stack - Evernote

Now if you want to clip any Article, URL from evernote, you can save them in your favorite notebook stack in Evernote.

It has default selected notebook, to change that, click on Tools then click clipping preferences and from clip destination select "Specify clipping destination" and then "OK".

Now you can save any article on your favorite stack.

Also use the down arrow button to select other option of saving the article, as its shown in bottom right corner of pic.
